Bayshore Beach Club - Clubhouse Information

The clubhouse will also open on Monday, June 14th. The clubhouse will open at 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM. Reservations for the upstairs facilities beyond 5:00 PM will be allowed provided that they are concluded by 8:00 PM. The 8:00 PM closure time does not apply to special events specifically reserved for the Social Committee, paid member events, or events authorized and approved by the Board of Directors. Such events will be restricted to a closure time of 11:00 PM.

Use of the upstairs facilities (dining room and ballroom are considered separate areas) is by reservation only.

NOTE: Groups wishing to use the upstairs clubhouse facilities MUST reserve the dates and times of their activity by calling the Office Coordinator (541-563-3040) from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays through Friday.

Sunday - Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Activity room is available to members and their guests during posted hours. Responsible adult members must accompany anyone under 18 years of age. Members must use their membership cards and sign in. Vacation Renters (available during summer months only): Cost of pool and activity room use is $8.00 per person per day. Must provide rental pass from rental agency or homeowner and photo ID is required.
